To submit a claim:
1) Send a photo and video proof of the broken items
2) Mention your order ID and the product name and code
3) Please email us at customercare@kaanch.co.in

Conditions:
1) The customer has to pay the shipping charge.
2) One-time claim per order.
3) Claim can be submitted just within one month of the delivery.
