Refund policy


Refund & Replacement Conditions


- If you receive a set of glasses and one or more items are broken, a refund or replacement will be issued only for the damaged pieces, not for the entire set.

- Please note, no refunds or replacements will be provided for minor imperfections, surface marks, or small bubbles, as these are part of the nature of our products.

-Refund requests must be supported with an unboxing video clearly showing the damage upon opening the parcel, within 2 days of delivery.

- No other exceptions or refund claims will be accepted.

- We do not accept returns of the entire order under any circumstances.In exceptional cases where a return is approved by the Kaanch Team, the customer will be required to bear the return shipping cost.

- Partial COD orders are non-refundable.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations


- Orders cannot be changed or canceled after 2 hours of placement.

- Kaanch reserves the right to decline future COD orders.

- Prepaid order cancellations may incur two-way shipping charges.
