At Kaanch we strive to dispatch your order within one business day. However, the delivery timeline depends on your location and may take 5 to 7 business days. We take utmost care to ensure quality checks during packing and processing.

In the rare event you receive a damaged product, please email a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging to customercare@kaanch.co.in within 24 hours of delivery. Our support team will assist you with a replacement, refund, or store credit promptly.

Shipping Delays
Since we rely on external shipping partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by them. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact our customer care team for assistance.

Missing or Tampered Shipments
If you suspect tampering, please refuse the shipment. For missing items or theft during transit, get in touch with our support team at customercare@kaanch.co.in immediately.
